If you don't have the account information for your company's VLSC account, you need to find the licensing document which will have your Agreement/Authorization information and you can then create a new VLSC account and associate the Agreement with the new account.

Language = Multi Language; Check the box that says: 'Accept License Agreement'. The page will refresh. Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation with or without Multi-language and save to your desktop. Now download JavaRa and unzip it to your desktop.
If you can't find your VL documents, the VLSC support folks or your original reseller can look up your company information and provide you with that information.Correct. One way or another, Corey, you'll need to get the media from your VLSC. Codeyell0 wrote:I don't have a log in just the key.
Otherwise I would have downloaded the files already thats why i'm here asking. We don't have 2016 VL in our inventory and i'm on a tight deadline. This is a new client and they have not given us the log in for VL portalYou would be able to obtain the 2016 MVL via the MS VL site. You need to ask your client for access to the portal.Even if I give you the media I downloaded from my MVL site, it would need my product key in order to use (can install, but cannot activate without my MVL product key, then closes or can open but cannot edit Office files). I can't remember the site it wasn't MS (some site that had multiple current and old version available. It was late when I found it) but I have a legit working license. I don't see why I can't easily get the software.I remember not to long ago ( maybe 5 years ago, I could be wrong) we could log in and download any thing MS had, we didn't have to have the software added to our library. We are an MSP we don't buy software, our clients do and many times new clients don't hand over the info fast enough because some IT person is losing a job to us or they quit and no one really has the info. (info meaning the portal log in) I can get the keys easily. We typically save all the ISO's, the ISO's are not tied to a license only the type of license.
I use the same ISO for mutiple clients just different keysThis was a special case where most clients go 365 I didn't have a Office 2016 pro iso. I needed by the next AM.
The client doesn't really care that thier old IT guy is slow or not responding when asked for info. MAYBE your source was ok, wouldn't bet on it, and you're no longer even sure where the. it came from. Agreed about keeping ISOs, downloaded directly from Microsoft not anywhere else.
What was possible in the past should never govern or lead to risky choices today.Regarding MAYBE their code truly does what it says, but it's an exe. You've taken a calculated risk leaning way too far toward risky (dodgy really), for the sake of expediency.
